User Data Deletion Instructions

At Crevo.bio, we value your privacy and provide simple ways to manage or delete the data we collect via Meta (Instagram) APIs. Below are the instructions to request or perform data deletion.

Option 1: Automatic Deletion

The quickest way to delete your data is through your Crevo.bio dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Crevo.bio account.
  2. Navigate to Settings or Account Management.
  3. Click on "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the deletion. This will permanently remove your profile, settings, and all data fetched from Instagram.

Option 2: Revoke Meta Permissions

If you wish to keep your Crevo.bio account but remove the Instagram integration data:

  1. Go to your Instagram Profile Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Find Crevo.bio and click Remove.
  4. Once access is revoked, we will no longer be able to fetch your data, and you can request manual cleanup.

Option 3: Manual Request

You can also request data deletion by contacting our support team:

Email us at support@crevo.bio with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please include your Crevo.bio username. We will process and confirm the deletion within 48 hours.
