1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website crevo.bio and all related services provided by CREVO("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 2799/13 Tughlakabad Village, New Delhi 110044, India.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Crevo.bio, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

4. Services

Crevo.bio is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed for content creators. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Customizable bio link pages
• Instagram analytics and engagement tracking
• Auto-DM automation tools
• Digital product selling capabilities
• Webinar hosting and management
• Revenue and performance analytics dashboards

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Plans

Crevo.bio offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as specified at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner. By making a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription from your dashboard settings.

5.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, publish, or display through our platform. You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Violate any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
• Use our platform for spam, phishing, or distributing malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with our platform without authorization
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly breach our guidelines.

8. Instagram Integration

Our platform integrates with the Instagram Graph API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. By using these features, you also agree to be bound by Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's Platform Terms. We access only the data permissions you explicitly grant and use this data solely for the features described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design elements, trademarks, and logos on Crevo.bio are owned by CREVO and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CREVO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@crevo.bio or through your dashboard settings.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
